1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the affiliate program.
2. Eligibility

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:

4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Spam emails or unsolicited messages.
Cookie stuffing.
Trademark bidding without written permission.
Fake referrals or self-referrals.
Fraudulent transactions.
Incentivized purchases without approval.
Use of bots or automated traffic.
5. Commission Structure
Commission rates are determined by the company and may change with prior notice.
Commissions are earned only after successful payment confirmation.
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for commission.
6. Payment Terms

9. Account Suspension or Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that:
Violates these Terms.
Engages in fraudulent activity.
Damages the company's reputation.
Attempts to manipulate commission calculations.
Any unpaid commissions resulting from fraud or violations may be forfeited.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential business information, customer data, pricing strategies, or proprietary technology.
11. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
12. Changes to the Program
The company may modify commission rates, payment schedules, promotional materials, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
13. Privacy
Affiliate information will be processed in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
